What’s that, I’m finally posting on the right day? Wowie. The explanation is kinda long, so I put it under the drawing this time. Decided to use a new art style I’ve been developing.

Cringetober: Day 12 - Hatsune Miku/Vocaloid

I decided to draw based off of a song for this one. “Love Me, Love Me, Love Me”(feat. Hatsune Miku) by ‘Kikuo’. The interpretation is a child begging for their parents’ love. (Donnie and Leo begging for Splinter’s approval. Leo giving up much sooner than Donnie.)

this is wizard of oz but specifically the russian adaptation of it called "the wizard of the emerald city" by alexander volkov and specifically inspired by the illustrations for this book made by leonid vladimirsky (pretty sure i butchered both of these names haha)

fun fact: to find references for this art i actually had to pull out the physical version of the book
